I am a new owner of a Skoda Felicia, and since it is my first car I have no idea how to repair and maintenance it.

I noticed after I bought it that the rear windshield wiper doesn't work, it doesnt move at all when i try to use it.

Any suggestions or leads on how to start repairing it?

Multimeter check for voltage on the motor leads when collumn stock is used

Start by checking the fuses. It would help to write in your control panel what MODEL of Skoda Felicia you have. See our info under personal avatar.

I will check with a meter if the motor works and i will also check the fuses. I'll update my profile to include the model, but it is 1998 Skoda Felicia II 1.3l (68 Hp). I'll update later. The cassette player also keeps fast forwarding my cassettes, but i don't know if this is the right place to ask help about that.

Possibly not. Given the age of the car, that may not be the original Skoda radio-cassette.

You still have the original cassette-player when you bought the car?

On second thought, have a look at the area shown in the photo for broken wires. Luggage door.
