I'm looking to upgrade my swing radio (with display) in my 2015 Skoda Octavia combi, 1.4 tsi elegance.

 

I want to install an MIB2 Columbus radio, but there is one problem. Cables. As the swing radio doesn't have a head unit in the glovebox, and therefore no wiring going to the glovebox. Therefor I was wondering if there is a solution to this problem, so I can upgrade and enjoy my car even more!

You might want to go for a Chinese unit - decent screen/head units can be had for 200-300ukp.

There are versions that have a look/feel of a Columbus type.  A google will come up with options.  Other members will recommend various systems.
