Fuel filter changing

Featured Replies

The fuel filter on the skoda fabia 1.4 tdi do you just unplug the pipes, pull fuse out for pump while running, drain fuel somewhere?

Thanks

You shouldn't have to pull out the fuse, just ease the pipes off, have a tray underneath to catch any spillage.

Make sure to put the pipes on in the right order. You can either use a big syringe to fill the filter with clean diesel or fit the filter and cycle the ignition on and off to use the fuel pump to prime it (you'll need to do it more than ten times probably).

Hope this helps.
