Has anyone managed to load a photo on the profile screen when the infotainment system loads up. Iv gone into the Skoda ID page on my computer and loaded a picture but its not showing up on the Infotainment system. Iv tried converting the photo into a PNG file but that does still not seem to work.

Noted this. Thought I would bump it up. Is a picture actually meant to be seen on the infotainment system? File type and size may be an issue but cannot be sure. Someone on this forum said dealer phoned Skoda and said it could not be done!
