Hello, i do wonder where to put the cable for the 2x usb port in the rear. Where in the fusebox does that small fit, cant see a natural place for it   Se my photos, the small cable is on the middle picture.

I have heated seats here in the north

Wrong place - the USB cabling for the back is powered off a loop from the 12v socket in the centre binicle.

Factory WD for a later Octavia with USB charging in the rear:

 

 

So I'd expect that connector to slot into fuse 52 from behind as it looks empty on your picture. However, it might also need a power feed as I think both sides of the fuse holder are empty?
