I bought my Skoda Citigo 2016 last month. I can’t connect my mobile with the cassette, It’s need the application. My mobile is connecting now via Bluetooth only and I can make a call using the cassette. What’s the name of the application? 

It's called Skoda Move and Fun. 

To be honest I have found the app problematic, it's glitchy at best. I tend to favour Android Auto which works really well. The only thing it lacks over the Skoda app is fuel economy data and oil temp etc.

 

I note that VW offer an app for Up!....simply called Up! Could be worth a try.
