Hello, I'm Côme from Belgium. My english is not good, but I Make my possible. I've but one Skoda combi 1.2 tdi in occasie. 

I look for reset de counter from maintenance. 

I make more tentative with à lot of combinaisons but no one result by à good reset. 

Can you help me please ?

Ps i'm not bord computer. 

Just 2 touch on the cadran. 

 

I've à odb prise but not program for reset.

I'd be more certain if you'd written in English or French, or even Flemish! The mileage to next service count can normally be reset by switching on, and holding the reset button on the underside of the rh stalk for 5 seconds.

I'm speak french.... I dont undestand the button you tell me to press. I dont have board computer. Just 2 touch one 0.0 on the right and one for clock adjust

The advice is to look under the windscreen wiper stalk on the right hand side of the steering wheel (not the Speedo clock) and you will see a button that says ok/reset. Press and hold that button

I don't want to muddy the waters here but I think he/she may mean reseting the maintanance/service counter, rather then the trip meter.

Yess in effect ! It's the maintenance i want reset. 

The Maintenance reset is there in the Menu if you have Maxidot and the car is set for Fixed Service Intervals.

The end of the stalk on that kind changes choices / settings, button can select.  

 

Or there are the various other ways as explained in various threads for the different Fabia.

Which is why I told him how to reset the service counter!

Thank you, i'll test this week-end. I'll tell you if it's OK. I've allready test but no with warming. 

Well, you live and learn... This method only changes the trip functions, etc on MY car. To do the service indicator, you need to turn the clock adjust switch-thingy, hold, turn on ignition, etc but can't quite remember the whole routine though I need to do it again soon!

I confirm.... None of explain fonction for reset.... 

If you have a real idea.... I thank you a lot. 

Or if you know a logiciel Who fonction with a obd2 connect by wifi.... I've eml327 wifi. But not a good logiciel....

try an Xtool v401 tool for VAG vehicles. They say it resets service lights and at about £37, worth having for other functions in the future.
