Hej,

 

I recently bought a 2015 skoda superb 4x4 and I'm struggling with the Bluetooth audio streaming.

 

My Bluetooth telephone function is working fine, I can make calls etc.

 

When I scroll through the media menu I can see Bluetooth audio but it doesn't work.

 

When I start Spotify on my galaxy note 10 it plays on my phone and not through the Bluetooth audio in my car.

 

When I look at the setting on my phone I can see that Bluetooth is enabled for telephone but not for audio, when I try to switch it on it switches back to off, see attached picture 

 

I have the Amundsen  radio.

 

Any ideas where I should start looking?

By the way; I have already tried another Samsung phone.  Strange thing is also that I do see the number that is playing on my phone on the screen of my skoda radio, it is just the audio that is missing..

According to ETKA, your car is equipped with Amundsen+ infotainment system so I guess BT module is built in this unit. Have you tried to make factory reset to it?

Yes, thats the first thing I tried. No result..

Then I guess the unit is faulty 😞

I am pretty sure you need to connect using maxidot to media player as well as handfree, don’t quote me I have an S2 with Columbus.
