Smoked LITEC rear lights

I've been planning to visually upgrade my vRS Hatch(2011) and found those rear lights. 

All the threads about them seem to be outdated so I'll make my own and maybe someone else with similar questions get their answers as well.

Found this topic from long long long ago, those should be the same lights.

Not even sure if those are the right ones.

Anyone has those lights? Easy to install? Where to actually buy them, there's several sites with several prices, but most seem to be out of stock.
