Hmmm just noticed out 'new' 95 Felicia 1.3 has no horn or dash lights. The service history shows that the dash has been out at somepoint and electricall contacts cleaned. Is the horn and the dash lights likely to be a common problem, like a socket not connected etc....

Any advice appreciated guys, MOTs only a couple of months away.

Have you made sure no fuses are blown?

The horn could be an earth fault, it does get a lot of abuse where its sitting from spray etc. See if its the earth connection that is corroded. Cant help on dash lights sorry.

both on different circuits so unlikely to be linked

the horn will fail the MOT the dash wont

but for your own security i'd get the dash lights fixed asap
