and then all the yellow lights came on

Featured Replies

I had a tow bar fitted a few weeks ago, and I also banged the underside of the car a few times on a rocky road. Nothing happened.

Then one day three warning lights came on at the same time, steering, traction, and ABS. then they went out after driving a 100 meters or so. This happened for a few days and then they decided to stay on.

After a couple of short trips with them on the tire pressure light decided to join in the fun. now I have a dashboard that is quite colourful.

What are people's thoughts, steering angle sensor, one of the wheels ABS sensors?

how can I tell if it was a rock, the tow bar wiring, or just a coincidence.

All this happened in lockdown so I've not been able to travel to my local independent mechanic. 😞

Most likely, since ABS, traction control and TPMS all rely on the wheel sensors. Actually, more likely the wiring to the wheel, but the fault code will tell you which wheel.

Great I was hoping it was something like that. I'm rotating the tires over the weekend so will check out the wiring at the same time.
