Fuel Gauge not Working Replaced Fuel Pump

Hello. On my Octavia MK2 the Fuel Gauge is not working. I replaced Fuel Pump with new one, 12v Circuit is ok (i checked the Connector with Multimeter). What else could i do? Maybe Relay? Than you!

It may be an instrument failure, probably a cracked solder join in the cluster.

Because i was shure that the Float is the problem. Now after replacing the Pump sometimes Gauge is showing full, sometimes empty, sometimes analog pointer shows full and digital numbers half full...?
