Hello,

 

My first post, apologies in advance if in wrong section.

 

2016 Superb L&K, I bought from the original owner last year. Has Apple Car Play, maps etc. Suddenly nothing will connect and when I try to open Smart Link/Maps says I need an activation code and to contact my dealer!!

Attempting to connect bluetooth tells me telephone not available!

 

I have restored to factory settings and long pressed the off switch on the infortainment yet I'm still without my tech!

 

I  searched online and cannot see where another person has had this issue. How can this spec suddely be deactivated?

 

Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi Dave,

 

It’s so frustrating. I took my car to a Skoda garage and had to pay for them to fix the issue. It was in for a service anyway. 
I have no idea why it happened though.

Ok Thank you. I am finding it very frustrating too. My car is 4 months out of warrantee. Coincidence?

 

what did they charge to repair?
