Could you tell me, which direction to turn Screw number 2 to set the headlights higher?

Is it clockwise or counterclockwise to set the headlights higher?

Would have to first question whether it is possible for you to take it to somewhere that can check the alignment properly and against factory parameters. Rather than trying to fix alignment yourself. 

 

Why is the alignment out in the first place, accident damage or something else? 

 

Manual adjustment (even more so for LED lights) is not really recommended as it could cause blinding of other road users.
