Can anyone decode the wiring out of my sportline front seat.

I think the BROWN in 12v mains. But i wonder where the neg is.

I’m no expert but is solid brown not the earth.

Not specialist either, but this is12V DC and red is usually positive (mains)?

I completely agree, but I'm told that in the land of auto electricals the thickest is the positive  and brown is used for positive sometimes .

Its rather frustrating that it could run counter intuitive to the rest of the world of wiring.

Thats why Ive posted this question.
