Hi 

can anyone please help, I have tried to look it up on the internet, but all I get is Octavia or newer models, I have changed the head light bulbs ( main and dipped beam),  but can’t figure out how to get into the sidelight build or dark whichever it’s called?

Its very rare to get a superb 3v with a side light bulb in a halogen headlamp unit. These mainly use LEDs for everything except the headlight bulb which is xenon, hence why you cant change it as its part of the headlight. What is the issue you have?

It's bizarre but you actually have to cut the back of the lamp housing open to get to the sidelight bulbs.
