Reset user profile in Bluetooth module using vcds

Hi
I am new to vcds and bought a Skoda Superb 3T4 second hand. My bluetooth module(7P6 035 730K) is already paired with 4 devices and i am unable to delete the old users through MID. In group 77 Telephone under Adaptations the option to reset/ Erase user profile is there but when i do it a message pops up which says no response from subnet component. Do i need the security access for the module to do the same? If yes then can someone help me with the security access code. Any help would be appreciated as this issue is bugging me for a long time.
