My infotainment unit seems to have a problem! usb and BLUETOOTH not working I’ve tried a reboot by holding down on off button but made no difference anyone got any idea how to fix this ?

My iPod doesn’t work I initially thought it was the iPod or cable but tried plugging my phone in and that won’t connect either ! tried to play music via Bluetooth with no joy, when you go to sources all that’s available is SD card.

Does it charge the device? 

 

Does it connect via Bluetooth?

I think it charges but won’t connect through Bluetooth
