Skoda Octavia MK3 sunroof leaking problem

After doing research, we found that there was a small crack in the plastic water pool.  I fixed this crack with super glue.  water has decreased but still dripping.

I want to use a different adhesive by removing the outer plastic frame.  How is the frame removed?

i have the same crack on the  plastic water pool.
