07 Scout rear lower arm replacement

Hello all, Newby here, I've tried searching topics but nothing has popped up that's relevant.

I'm looking at replacing the rear lower arms, springs and shocks on my Scout.

Is it straightforward enough?

Haynes seem to make it seem quite tricky, with ride height settings etc.

I understand the concentric washer idea for the camber, but what other issues will I need to be aware of?
