White Smoke after ticking over / Constant regeneration attempt

Hi, posted sometime ago about DPF issues. Searched the forum but cannot find the posts as it’s a couple of years ago. Having had the DPF cleaned, off the car which showed the pre and post back pressure values, still having issues with the car pushing out white smoke after sitting ticking over or when undertaking sudden acceleration from a lower speed. Plus it still has the problem of (appearing) to try and continually regenerate once it has got up to temperature. Until then there is no sign of any smoke, nor when driving along. It has also had, throttle body replaced, oxygen sensor replaced and EGR valve replaced. Think it is pretty obvious that the white smoke is due to the additional fuel being injected when trying to regenerate and then being blasted out when pulling away? Have got VCDS and there are no faults recorded, although before the DPF clean the DPF light would come on, otherwise none. Would like some advice from anybody well up on VCDS what live data I should be looking at to try and find out what’s going on or anybody in Kent, UK that might be prepared to give up a bit of time to assist? I would point out that it had the software ‘fix’ before I bought the car and have considered getting it remapped to regress to the original or as close to as could be to see if that made addition. Chopping out the DPF and mapping it out is not an option for me I would add.

Further to this, have now carried out a VCDS Scan. Took it for a run out, thrashed it around a bit to get it hot and see what showed up.

As you can see the difference pressure is 140hPa, is that too high?

Exhaust gas temperature sensor 3 is 130.0c:

1) cannot get this to reach 150.0c in anyway, would this effect the regeneration in anyway, as most information states exhaust temp to be +150.0c?

2) does anybody know exactly which sensor this is. Pre turbo, Pre DPF or Post DPF?

Is the Oxygen sensor value about right?

The DPF has reared it's ugly head again! I had the DPF removed and professionally cleaned and car was running reasonably for sometime with occasional 'bursts' of smoke out the back. However the engine runs ok, does not go into limp mode and according to scans has been carrying out regenerations when necessary. However, recently it has started to play up again and the dreaded DPF light cam on yet when checking with VCDS soot content was in range. Decided to carry out a Service Regeneration which initially was reluctant to kick in but then got it to do so. As you can see the regen was going according to plan with both soot content volumes reducing but the DPF Differential Pressure Sensor was sitting at 38hPa for sometime as the soot content was reducing, then that began going down very quickly down to 3 - 4hPA then suddenly, "BAM" it jumped back up and very rapidly shot up to 152 hPa and the soot content started to rise as you can see from the scans. But as the readings rely on the pressure sensor readings obviously the ECU thinks the DPF is blocked! I don't think it's the sensor at fault as I have fitted 2 or 3 over the time but now wonder if there is a wiring or ECU fault?
