How to convert from Electric Trunk to standard?

Hello, i have a 2014 Octavia wagon i bought used some years ago. It has the electric trunk door option, however i've seen it's starting to fail: 1 in 5 times i try to open it starts then suddently stops with a loud beep and the door closes. Other times it won't stay fully open and will come down a little bit.

I think that the servo mechanism is wearing out and i don't want to be waiting for the fatal day so i was thinking of converting it back to a standard lid. Will also be able to mount a trunk rack then (I am unsure if it's work to mount the hitch given the future regulations)

I was wondering if there was a guide on how to do that, what do i need besides the gas struts and what i have to change in the vehichle's programming.
