Hi all,I've fitted some roof bars to my Octavia 3 hatch but I'm not sure which hole to use. The instructions seemed to show using both inner holes but when I did this, the rear bar seemed to fit higher than the front. 

I since moved the rear bar to the outside hole and it seems to sit more level,unfortunately I haven't got a spirit level to check but I'm now worried that I've done this wrong. Can anyone advise?

For the record I'm using Cruz optiplus square bars.
