MY2016 Liftback DAB retrofit

Hello I'd like to ask whether some of you have some experience with retrofitting DAB, I have AM/FM antenna in rear window and I found this kind of splitter https://www.carcommunications.co.uk/alpine-kae-dab1g7-dab-radio-signal-splitter-volkswagen-golf-and-skoda-octavia that should be able to divide the signal into the FM/DAB. Has anyone tried this? And if so how did you solved the powersupply for the active splitter? Thanks a lot for your help! Yeah and also I will be getting the Amundsen MIB2.5 with DAB.
