Exhaust pipe?

Featured Replies

Anyone that have put one on thestock kodiaq, pic? Ia it worth it?

Do you mean tail pipe?

All variants except the vRS have their exhaust exits hidden behind the bumper, so to fit a tail pipe (and see it) then I'd imagine you'd have to cut the bumper...

Exhaust pipe?  :D

It's not an exhaust pipe, it's just a piece of fake plastic trim.  Look at this video to get the idea ( comes up after 45secs )  Stick of truth

Glowing red or glowing white? Sounds horrible, but that's only my opinion, people with no taste might like them. 😄

My stock kodiaq havent any "fake" exhaust but i think that the sport version looks nice...

Thats nice👍

I’m happy with my invisible tail pipe.

So many cars, including prestige models, run around with either totally fake “tail pipes” or big fancy apertures that aren’t connected to the real silencer outlet pipe clearly visible behind the bumper.

Utter nonsense.

The Honda Civic (around 2007) got it right with an integrated outlet but we’ve gone downhill since then.

Just like the vRS 🤣.

You can't tell unless you crouch down and look, but it's still a little bit disappointing. Better than nothing though - I think the 'sporty' model would look a bit odd without visible tailpipes, but I had no issue with that on the Edition I had before.

As for these fake bits of trim... really don't see the point myself. They might look half decent at a glance, but unless the exhaust actually outputs through them, the illusion is going to be shattered the moment it's a cold morning and there's exhaust fumes coming out from underneath them (and probably only on one side).
