Hi all,  For those with MIB2 I wanted to ask if there is an easy and quick way to see the date.  I know this is a bit of a first world problem but, when driving, I sometimes want to remind myself of the exact date (especially if on a hands free call) but the only way I can see to acheve that is to enable the "standby clock" screensaver and then wave my hand near the MIB2. then the date is diaplayed below the clock.  Problem is that I find that clock a bit distracting to have on all the time and don't really ant to have the screen revert to the clock after 10 Seconds (the two ways to chow the screensaver/clock.  There doesn't seem to be any other one or two press method to see the date.  I wish it was shown alongside teh time at teh top when the unit is on but, alas, not. 

 

I am probably missing something very simple (like a brain - ha ha) but is there another way?

Sadly I don’t believe there is. I too would have loved a quick easy date check on say the Nav screen. Rather an obvious oversight I’d say but perhaps the efficient Germans always know what date it is and don’t need to check.

Ah well.  Glad I was not missing something obvious in the settings. 🙂
