Warning lights,

Featured Replies

Hi, my skoda fabia mk2 2010 shows the lights warning lights although all lights are working and are in good condition

Have you replaced any of the bulbs with LED equivalents ? as they require a much lower current to work, so the system thinks the bulb has blown

You will need to code the system to tell it you have LED's and to do that you'll need VCDS or Carista/OBD11

I have vcds but not sure how to change the code

Could you not also fit resistors to the areas you have fitted the LED bulbs?

Or just put the correct type of bulb back in...

Do you "know" if this actually an option in VCDS on a Fabia 2 ? ..................Not something I have ever noticed.

I had similar on my exeo when swapping out the side lights (all 4 of them) ended up getting some aglint canbus compatible ones which worked fine.  The other option would be to solder on a resistor to the led to increase the load on the system to match a standard halogen bulb.
