I can’t find the AUX port inside the car anywhere…can someone help?

Here it is in my vRS, I would "assume" it's in the same place in all if fitted.

You may just have the swing radio, but no aux port. Probably easy enough to add one.

how can I add one?

Well, that's a bigger question than it may seem.

The Aux port seems to have been an option, so "potentially" your car has the wiring as part of the loom, just not the socket.

So before we go any further, you would need to determine if the plug / associated wiring "may" already be under the centre console, "if" it is, then great you could just buy the socket and install.

"if" the wiring is not there, then you would need to buy the socket, the relevant connector, pins and then make a loom to conenct to the back of the radio, which is a job for someone experienced with car audio / car electrics.

This shows the socket and the associated conenctor....
