Just changed my oil about 300 miles ago and have a coolant leak on the under tray its happened before but the garage said they sealed something up and it was fine until now. I am really confused as i have oil leaking also but it doesnt appear to be from the sump plug as i only cleared a finger nail size of oil from there. I have made sure i tightened sump plug to 30nm and its still leaking from somewhere,

 

any help would be appreciated and will upload pics to show what is happening.
