I thought I’d try to see if this works ok so I triggered the alarm using the manual key to unlock and open the door. I got an email on my phone but no notification, which is pretty unhelpful if like me you don’t check your emails every 10 seconds and I don’t like audible notification for every email that lands. I’ve checked the notification settings in the app and I have selected both email and in-app notification if the alarm is triggered. Have I missed something?

Doh! I’ve sorted it, realised that I hadn’t turned on notifications for the app in my phone settings. 

I was going to say that phone permissions probably got in the way
