Could be amusing if your CTS is now reading your fuel temperature.

 

Hopefully not, but will keep fingers crossed, and keep eye on progress.

If/when you repatriate the real fuel temp sensor, try to make sure it has the o-ring it originally had, not one that may have come with the ECP sensor. They may well be different materials for resistance to the different fluids.

Been away for a few days and got back tonight so had a look.

 

Yeah it was the fuel temp sensor I'd replaced. 🫣

 

Located G62 now thanks to the help here and I'm going to complete the change over tomorrow. 👍🏻

 

 

Quick question, is it G40 coolant I'll need for a top up if I lose some?

Well at least you got to the bottom of that now, fingers crossed for tomorrow.
