    My point is that I have a Fabia Mk3, the unit is from an Octavia Mk3, if there is no difference in parameters (adaptation)

    Adaptations are personalized per car depending on options installed so you cannot expect that loading adaptations from other Fabia will solve all your problems. Anyway, I have just sent you the file on PM.
