Hi. My first post...

My car is RHD, with British plates.Does anyone on here understand why my my breakdown assist button (next to the emergency button) calls a a German helpdesk, which tells me in German that I wiil be answered shortly,The German lady was very nice, but not the right helpdesk for Sheffield!

Also, i cannot set up a preferred service partner in England, only in Germany. The general Skoda phone helpline person was useless: referred me to the dealership, who say they will need the car in for a day. Someone must know how to fix this without me losing the car to the dealership for a day. HELP

Somehow my personal primary user had defaulted to Germany!

You can’t change it: need to  delete and start again!
