does any no how to take the back seats out of a fabia, iv got the bits you sit on out cos there easy but havin problems with the bits you lean against

IIRC you need a 13mm ring spanner to remove them.

i can only see the bolts for the seat belts, is the one for the seats hidden

To remove the back rest you need to fold the seat down. In the corner at the edge where the seat pivots you can see a catch. Flip the catch over with a flat blade screw driver. Lift that edge of the seat out and pull it off the centre peg (will take a wiggle). If you have a three point centre belt you need to undo the 17mm bolt holding that to the floor.
