Came with a 2008 Octavia 2 we picked up for our daughter but not originals.  Not sure if the VW hub badge is original or not.  I've hunted through the parts catalogues and so far drawn a blank.

Seems they were fitted to Audi A4/A5 around 2015, although I can only find the 19" version on the parts catalogue.

part number and specs should be on the inside if OEM wheels

They were an option on the C6 RS6 also so originally an Audi design, and referred to as "peelers" i believe 

Maybe an audi a3wheel from 2011?
