Does anyone have a reputable source for a typical modern tyre chemical composition. There's a question about this on another site, and I think I can answer it, if I can find out fairly accurately what a typical tyre composition is.

Recycled diddlydidos judging by the cracking between the treads that is so commonplace now !

 

Same composition as has been used on my last few pairs of hiking boots.

I would image you’ll have to ask the manufacturer, but that they’ll be pretty unwilling to share in any detail.

 

Probably because the compound make up is the difference between two identical looking tyres being a top performer and a ditch-finder. 

I had in mind a list of chemicals, not a makeup to percentile points.

The internet (search engines other than Google) might have more Technical Information that the Public / Reference Library, Commerce & Technology Section or even a University Library which are all closed until Tuesday at least.
