My seat belt is badly frayed, I’ve had to buy a replacement, I saw a post about the plastic housing damaging the belt, that’s what caused my seatbelt damage, shocking really, some manufacturers have lifetime guarantees on seat belts, Skoda don’t. I ve had to buy one on eBay for £100 from a breaker, Skoda wanted £210 and £140 to fit, rip off
