Hello all

I'm looking to replace the oil pickup pipe this Wednesday but seem to have miscalucated; I forgot to get the associated o-ring.

Could someone kindly tell me what the o-ring size and material is? Or suggestion where I can get one that's not from the dealer?

I will give the dealer a call first thing tomorrow to see if they can get it in time but thinking backup in case it's just a generic part I can get from a high street shop.

Worst case I guess I will reuse the oring.

Fortunetly a widely used part across the VAG range; I called a VW dealer who happens to have one available for tomorrow so crisis averted.
