I'm new to the forum since buying my 2017 Octavia VRS. Great car and having plenty of fun, however I'm having some trouble with the voice control. When using the wet voice commands to call contacts or change radio station etc it rarely get the command right. For example, trying to change to radio one I often get another random station, or it asks me to repeat myself. It essentially makes the voice control a useless feature. I don't have a particularly strong accent that would cause the performance issues. 

 

Has anyone else had any issues with the voice control not understanding commands or have any advice on if this can be fixed, maybe a firmware update? 

I have the same problem with my kodiaq 2018, been updated to 2023. I , at first suspected my accent but many of my friends had a go to no avail.  I don't have a problem with Google maps voice control thought.
