On several occasions to date the navigation screen on the dash will not show the map and car location. The map displays correctly on central screen? It does though show other info such as predicted arrival time etc as normal.

Sometimes turning everything off and then restating car will get it to work but this evening it would not work at all after several attempts so a long journey was done without it, just using the central screen which is not as easy to see.

Anyone else have an issue, presumably with the car software not booting properly. All other central displays available for the virtual dash work.

If it's a 2020 car and has the MIB3 system ( i.e. no CD player in glovebox ) then my guess is it needs the dealer installed software update  ( it's a known Skoda fault with early MIB3 systems ).

Yes  built about March 2020.

Booked in for a service anyway on Thursday so will ask them to do updates pending.
