Squeak in front wheels

Featured Replies

Hi guys.

Im getting a loud squeak every time I turn left or right and then accelerate. This only happens after I have did a turn.

Could this be outer tie rod end?

I've had steering alignment done twice now in space of a month.

Guys I've uploaded the sound I have been getting every time I'm turning in to a street and then accelerate straight. Can someone tell me what is causing this issue please

I have a 2019 Skoda Octavia 1.6tdi DSG automatic..

Few garages are saying this sounds like brake pads and discs. I've had new pagid discs and pads installed few weeks ago but the symptoms are still the same in the audio clip. The last set of pads and discs I had were APEX and before that DRIVETEC.

3 different garages I've been to all say it's the discs and pads. Last thing I want is to change them to the Skoda brand and the sound I hear in the audio above still gives me the same symptoms.

Can someone please get back to me and let me know if they can hear and diagnose what that sound is.

Thanks
