Skoda Superb 2014 - upgrade rSap module

Featured Replies

Hi People,

I have the premium bluetooth sound system installed in my Superb and I wonder if its possible to upgrade the bluetooth/rSap module so it can use the 4G network as the 3G network will soon be none existent

I would rather not completely replace the head unit as I really like the way it works right now with all the steering wheel controls etc.

Is this a thing that can be done or is it a full replacement.

Cheers

Andy

The very latest rSAP BT modules was 3C8035730E which only supports 3G I'm afraid. There is no upgrade/future path to support 4G or 5G networks.

Once 3G networks turn off, you'll need to revert to hands-free mode and stop using rSAP mode.
