On my 2016 Fabia I can connect two mobile phones via bluetooth, so if either my work or personal phone rings, the car will pick it up. 
Does the Octavia IV have the same functionality?

Yes, it is able to do this too.

Yes, but my phone Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G doesn't connect automatically, but Samsung doesn't have that problem. Wondering if it is the phone or the car. Therefore also problem with Android Auto on the Xiaomi
