Changing the liner doors/handles for plastidip/vinil

Featured Replies

Hello all

i want to share a information because can be useful. In my octavia I had the issue that happen this year were all the doors start to show the liner falling off. In my area the textile guys have a lot of work and I was only able to schedule after 4 months….

I think about a possible DIY solution and I found that I could put vinil in the door handle and plastidip in the doors.

the procedure:

1.remove liner from the doors

2.remove all the glue (alcohol)

3.remove rubber from door handle (alcohol)

4. Remove door handle

5. Clean everything more as possible.

6. Apply vinil

7. Apply plastidip
