Aftermarket head unit won't turn on...or off

Featured Replies

After a couple of years my (cheap) Android head unit wont work. The surround lights stay on when the key is removed and wont go off, none of the buttons operate the unit at all. It had worked pretty much ok since I fitted it. Time for a new one , or is there a get-around, that will work?

Thanks in advance

On the Android units there is usually a reset button have a look on the front for a small hole that may say something like "rst", if not try disconnecting the unit from the power source to reset it see if that works.

Thx for that, but no go...even changed the fuse but nothing different. Have had to splash out for a Sony 3250..a great unit but lacking in some features
