Front or rear? And which exact bulb have you replaced them with, I seem to remember they are a slightly unusual fitment with offset pins. PY21W is the correct one (unless you're talking about the side repeaters)

Which 2, including repeaters, are inoperative? Also, is the flash rate elevated?

Sorry the two front indicators, the side repeaters on the wings and the rear are still working fine

Have you tried the working rear bulbs in the front and the front in the rear, they both appear to be the same bulbs. What happens with hazard switch used? Assume Mk1 facelift based on year/model/CC.

When the hazards are on it’s the same the 4 go on except the front, would it be down to the wrong bulb fitted as there all they both fit perfectly

you can get straight and offset pin bulbs for P21w for the indicators, so it's possible yes you have the wrong ones.

PY21W - offset pins

it would be worth taking a look at the negative connection and making sure they are clean and tight and that the lamp holders are clean and not corroded
