Factory Fit Sat Nav Questions

Hi Guys & Gals, I apologiese if this hs been covered elsewhere but I can't find it if it has.

I am the owner of a brand new Octavia L&K estate with Sat nav and no one yet has been able to tell me how the TMC and travel Information work. The dealer can't help and Skoda tell me I have to go to the dealer - I guess that what they call customer relations .....

It has a seperate radio tuner that picks up traffic info that is broadcast automatically (and silently) by some radio stations. In the UK the only station that does it is Classic FM. More in the rest of Europe I understand

No. As I said it has a seperate TMC unit that picks this up automatically. You can have your main radio tuned to anything.
