Due to my incompetence, my car has two broken cables in its original harness, one video and one USB that connects to the MIB2.

 

The Video cable is already located, and easy to replace. 

 

The question is: Where does the USB cable from the Mib2 connects? 

When you say usb, you mean the one in the centre front ash tray area?

if so, it runs to the back of the radio control unit in the glovebox 

 

it’s a lvds cable with very small wires and a pain to repair properly 

I broke the LVDS cable on the back on the mib. Bought a new one, the question is. From the mib (on the glovebox) does it only connect to the ashtray usb? does it have a splitter to the back seat?  Im really sorry to bother you  maybe you have whatsapp or telegram?

If you are talking about the 2016 superb in your profile then no there is no splitter or hub, it goes directly to the USB socket in the front ashtray.

No this is just a charging port. Not linked to the mib for data or anything.

We dont get the 230V inverter option in the UK 😞

Found it! So.... From the MIB2 unit goes a cable to USB HUB under the armrest - REALLY UNDER. From there goes to both USB sockets. Both can connect androidauto/aplecarplay to the unit
