Hello from Englands midlands. I’m not a Skoda owner yet but I intend to be one in the next few months. I’m looking at Roomsters and could do with a little advice, I’ll post in the Roomster section after I’ve sent this.

 

I’ve always admired Czech engineering having ridden CZ motorcycles for the 25yrs, I still have a 350 twin I bought in 1997. Back then you could buy them for peanuts. I payed £70! They were actually imported by Skoda UK in Kings Lynne and were much maligned by the uneducated as were theSkoda cars. It’s a basic two stroke that has never left me stranded!!! I almost bought a 120 Estelle in 97, I test drove it, ummed and ahhed over it for a day, went back to buy it and it had sold an hour earlier!!! It was £300 and had done and 25k!!!! How times have changed.

I had a mate back in the very early '80's with a CZ, although I'm sure it was a 250, not a 350.  Quite a cool bike, with a very distinctive engine sound, particularly on overrun IIRC.
