hi guys looking for a bit of info .

i am a radio ham and would like to install a 100w hf transceiver to my kodiaq 

i have heard from some people that its not a good idea as it may upset some of the electronics .

can anyone help 

currently have a 50w vhf/uhf radio installed with no adverse issues 

 

any help would be good
